Karma Bot Terms of Service

1. Scope. Karma Bot is a private Discord application operated by the Discord user rubydesic. It runs only in the Valkyrien Skies Discord server. These terms apply when you interact with the bot in that server.
2. Discord's terms. You must follow Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and the server's rules. You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it.
3. Automated moderation. The bot automatically checks messages, images and nicknames, and may flag them, time out (mute) or kick members. Automated decisions can be wrong. Server staff review them and can reverse them. To appeal, contact the server staff.
4. Karma. Karma and karma roles are cosmetic, have no monetary value, and may be adjusted or reset by staff. Do not manipulate karma, for example by using alternate accounts or organizing reactions.
5. Privacy and data deletion. Our Privacy Policy explains how the bot handles your data. You can delete your data at any time with /deletemydata. If you are restricted, doing so permanently bans you from every server where you are restricted.
6. No warranty. The bot is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and may change or stop at any time. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for damages arising from your use of the bot.
7. Changes. We may update these terms by publishing a new version with a new effective date at this address.
